Engineering for a Three-story Modern Style Single Family Residence

Our client purchased an old home and wanted to build a modern house in its place. They tasked InnoDez with providing engineering for a modern style three-story residence. Our plan was to design a clean simple house with minimum decorations with lots of glass and a flat roofline. Of course, our client wanted us to keep the foundations of the old house and use the existing facilities as much as we could. We designed a 3-story house with a theater, garage, office, and a powder room on the first floor. We also designed a two-story living room with one floor, especially for the kids. The master bedroom is located above the garage and away from the kid’s area.

Simple and sleek lines are a perfect match for the modern-day lifestyle. Horizontal wood cladding adds texture to the white walls, and large windows allow natural flow of daylight, creating a spacious and airy interior.
