InnoDez was tasked to prepare full engineering plans for a single-family residence in 4036 Sunswept Dr. Studio City, CA 91604.

The house is going to be built on hillside and consists of 5 floors. It includes utility room, family room, living room, 2 bedrooms, Master suite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, dining, and elevator servicing all the floors.

Pool area on the roof with bath and bar seating, Alcove/Grotto, elevated spa, and fire pit area and BBQ area near spa has given the house a beautiful look. Pool’s depth is max. 6 feet.

There is also a 3-car garage with storage above and exterior car port.

Other areas of the house include courtyard, master suite terrace, 2 balconies, 2 spiral staircases, 1 interior and 1 exterior, and roof deck. There is also a fireplace at fourth floor.

In Addition, an ADU consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 living/dining, and 1 kitchenette is attached to the house.

There is a retaining wall designed for the house with at least 500 ft.

InnoDez actively worked on the project to prepare all the plans ready to submit and all the plans are completed now. They are in permitting process.
