Hotel MEP Engineering for Dual Brand Fairfield/Springhill Suites in LAX

InnoDez, a leading provider of hotel MEP engineering services, has been awarded the contract to provide MEP design for the renovation and rebranding of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The hotel will be transformed into a dual brand Fairfield Inn & Suites and Springhill Suites by Marriott, offering guests more options and amenities for their stay.

The project involves the conversion of the existing 561-room hotel into two distinct brands with separate lobbies, dining areas, fitness centers, and meeting spaces. The Fairfield Inn & Suites will have 231 rooms, while the Springhill Suites will have 330 rooms. The project also includes the addition of a new rooftop pool and deck, as well as upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

InnoDez will provide comprehensive MEP design services for the project. InnoDez will also coordinate with the architect, interior designer, contractor, and other consultants to ensure a seamless integration of the MEP systems with the architectural and structural elements.
