Engineering Design for Marriott Courtyard Conversion from an existing Holiday Inn San Diego Miramar

InnoDez helped in the transformation of Holiday Inn Hotel Miramar at McAs Area, 9335 Kearny Mesa Road, San Diego, California 92126 to the Marriott Brand Hotel; Marriott Miramar.

InnoDez completed all final design changes of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Minor Structural Improvement Plans for this project. Some highlights for the project included new lighting, electrical design layout for upgraded restaurant, bar and bistro, hotel lobby improvements, fitness center improvements, outdoor improvements to site lighting and facilities. Along with other upgraded facility improvements for accessibility.

All design changes were applicable to all new 2019 CBC codes, Fire Codes (NFPA), and T24 Requirements. The facility transformed the Holiday Inn Brand and upgraded with a new upgraded look to the Marriott Brand.
