MEP and HVAC Design and Engineering for Union Hotel in Sacramento
InnoDez was tasked to provide MEP and HVAC Design and Engineering permit plans for an existing building conversion to hotel / motel use on the 3rd Floor of 1028 Second Street, Sacramento, 95814. The owner wanted the project to be permitted and legalized with the City of Sacramento.
All 9 units had new mini split installed in the rooms. InnoDez as the engineering team of the project, designed MEP based on the architectural proposed plans and the existing conditions of the HVAC and Electrical equipment that were installed in the building.
We completed the project in a very short time that is usually needed for these types of projects.
