Mechanical Engineering: New mechanical unit and equipment was designed for the suite.

Electrical Engineering: New electrical was provided for the space modifications.

Plumbing Engineering: New plumbing design was provided within as a Break Area was asked to be in the Scope of Work – refrigerator, new sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher.
