Project Description:

This project involved a Full drawing set of  Structural design activities for a 3 story new build SFR Single Family Residence, in a steeply sloped lot on a hillside.
Diligent professional engineering & calculation were needed to create the conceptual design, the full design package ensuring a robust, sustainable outcome, & project success.
The complete design set was provided to the client so he has received the Permit for construction activities.

Role:
InnoDez studied the existing site & soil conditions, & completed full package engineering plan set & configurations.
We worked closely with our client to develop a design that satisfies his requirements.

Structural design – Challenges:
Our main challenge encountered in this project was the sloped lot condition which introduced constraints in the building design. Much detailed planning was done to accommodate all client requests & requirements & make the best use of the spaces & land.
